If you are unsatisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, or if one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction within 30 days of receiving the product, you may return it to us for replacement, or refund.
If you are not satisfied with the product, we urge you to contact us as soon as the product has been received to ensure refund/return can be fulfilled.
Please contact us to arrange a refund/exchange. We will require your order number or the name that the order was placed under.
When returning a parcel, please leave us a note in the shipment/letter, describing if you want to return or exchange your rings. If you're exchanging your rings for another size, please inform us of the size you wish on the new ones.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. At this time, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Payment processing varies depending upon your banks processing times.
Rejected refunds may be due (but not limited) to any of the following reasons.
- Returns exceeding our 30-day policy,
- If the product has been tampered with,
- Loss of original packaging,
- Hygiene purposes
If your refund has not processed 10 to 12 days after receiving confirmation from QALO, please contact your bank. There is an allotted processing time that varies from bank to bank before refunds are posted.
