What a weekend! The Games were a show to see and we’re more inspired than ever to start getting in shape! Whether it’s crazy work schedules or never having enough time, these quick anywhere workouts are the perfect fix. Here’s a quick and effective circuit that’ll take you from couch potato to CrossFit-ready in no time!
- - 15 squat jumps
- - 5 push ups
- - 25 high knees
- - 7 burpees
- - 5 sit ups
- - 10 lunges
- - 7 squats
- - 5 push ups
- - 10 lunges
- - 5 push ups
- - 5 sit ups
- - 7 squats
- - 15 squat jumps
- - 5 push ups
- - 25 high knees
- - 5 sit ups
Try repeating this three to five times, and take a rest if you need to. Also, don’t forget to do your warm-up and cool-down moves. Muscles that are stretched out properly will perform better and are less prone to injuries – it’s a win-win.
