QALO Love Stories

Love is in the air (and in our office), so this Valentine’s Day, we took some time to ask a few members of our team about those who make their hearts skip a beat. Meet a few members of the QALO team plus their better halves, and let’s celebrate the love!

David & Katie

How did you two meet? "Originally, we worked together at REI and didn't think that much about each other. Time moved on and 2 or 3 years later we were reintroduced by a mutual friend at QALO. After a group trip to the river, it was all over."

What's your favorite thing about Katie? "Her curls. Absolutely."

FUN FACT: These two are newly ENGAGED! Congrats David & Katie! Let us know if you're in need of a wedding ring... we know a guy.

Brittyn & Kyle

What is your favorite thing about Kyle? "There's a lot of things I love about Kyle. But my favorite thing would be that he knows who he is and he is confident in that. And he encourages me every day to find the same self-awareness and confidence in myself."

If you could describe Kyle in one word, what would it be? "Loyal. He is so frickin' loyal. To his family, his friends, his faith and to me. He cares deeply about people and sticks with them through it all. He's pretty wonderful and I'm lucky to call him mine."

Molly & Tim

How did you two meet? "I was at a friend's bachelorette party and he was out celebrating his birthday. The rest is history!"

If you could describe Tim in one word, what would it be? "Determination."

Ivory & Chris

How did you two meet? "Chris and I met on Instagram. I slid into his DM's and asked him to get coffee."

If you could describe Chris in one word, what would it be? "If I had to use one word to describe Chris, it would be pure-hearted. I suppose that's two? However, that is the best way to describe him. He always tries to do the right thing and I cherish that about him."

Raul & Cara

How did you two meet? "Starbucks. She worked there and actually tried to set me up with her BFF."

What's your favorite thing about Cara? "Her smile in the mornings when I wake up."

Matthew & Stephanie

What is your favorite thing about Stephanie? "My favorite thing about Stephanie is how driven and motivated she is. She’s all-in on everything she does, she always aims to achieve great things, and she always seeks to leave things better than how she found them."

If you could describe Stephanie in one word, what would it be? "Dedicated."
